ATS Compliance
We’ve been testing our generated resumes against several ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) scoring tools and are happy to report that our resumes now pass ATS screening with a very high success rate. None of the one’s we’ve tested against have been rejected, or even offer suggestions for improvement on the resume format.
If you’re wondering what an ATS is, it is a tool that companies use to track applicants to jobs that they have open. They use it to read in your resume, and try to see how good a match your might be for the job. If your resume cannot be read by the ATS, you won’t make it to a human screener.
This is great news as it was one of our important goals to ensure that the resumes generated by our system are ATS compliant and can successfully pass through the screening process used by many employers.
We are continuing to test against more ATS systems and will keep you updated on our progress.
